The company also provides unsecured loans; financing services for two wheelers, used cars, used and new tractors, used commercial vehicles, and consumer durables; and digital finance products, emerging and corporate business loans, and personal loans. In addition, it is involved in the procurement, refurbishment, and retailing of the pre-owned multi-brand two-wheeler motorcycles and scooters through its own stores, as well as through its franchisee dealers; and trading of spare parts, accessories, and engine oils for two-wheelers. Further, the company offers digital / information technology and other related services; and solutions across autotech and fintech platforms. Additionally, it engages in investment activities. The company was formerly known as Sundaram-Clayton Limited and changed its name to TVS Holdings Limited in July 2023. TVS Holdings Limited was incorporated in 1962 and is based in Chennai, India.
